Road Speed Limiting Equipment (RSL)
Legislation requires a phased introduction for Road Speed Limiters.
All new minibuses (registered since 1st January 2005) will require a RSL, either from new or by 2008.
Older minibuses, for operation solely in the UK: must have a RSL fitted by 1st January 2007
